INTRO STATEMENT
You may be dealing with obstacles in life that may affect you mentally and emotionally. It may be life stressors, grief, or trauma that you may need help processing and healing from during this time. There's been a stigma placed on therapy, but wouldn't it be nice to have someone that listens and someone you can be vulnerable with? I want to help you navigate through what it was, what it is, and what is to come, one step at a time. I believe that it is my duty to support and empower you while you create your peace.
