What populations do you serve?
We service children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. The youngest age we service is 8 years old.
How do I pay for the sessions?
Currently, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama (which includes All Kids), Cigna, Medicare, TRICARE, United Healthcare, and Uprise Health insurance plans. We also accept self-pay clients as well. Please contact us for information on self-pay rates. If your sessions are covered under your insurance, we will notify you of your copay amount and how many sessions are available to you prior to your initial session.
Do you accept referrals?

How do I book a session?
You can either call us at 334-625-0779 or request a session right here on the site! You will be prompted to provide us with some information about yourself. Once we confirm your information and check with our therapists, you will be notified of the confirmed date and time of your session.
What are TMH's business hours?
TMH's business hours are 8a-6p, Monday through Thursday. Each therapist creates their own hours, so the availability varies based on each therapist. Weekend sessions are based on the availability of the therapist. Please inquire.
Do you see your clients in person, over video, or over the phone?
Currently, TMH is only seeing clients over video or speaking over the phone.
What does the first session consist of?
During the initial session, you and your Therapist will go over the information you need to know in regard to the sessions and your rights, as well as sign the necessary forms. You will be asked questions so your Therapist can learn more about you and why you have chosen to do therapy. You will discuss what you would like to achieve while in therapy and what you are looking to get from therapy and your therapist.
